Tokushikai Ottawa

Tokushikai Canada’s hombu (home dojo) is located in Barrhaven, on the south-west end of Canada’s National Capital Region in Ottawa.

Classes are held on

  • Thursdays from 5:30 - 7:30 pm at the Barrhaven United Church

  • Fridays from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Ottawa Christian School

  • Sundays from 9:00 - 11:00 am at the Silver 7 Martial Arts (Barrhaven)

Tokushikai Canada’s founding dojo is located in Scarborough, Ontario, on the East-end of Toronto.

Classes are held at the Modo Yoga Scarborough

  • Fridays from 9:00 - 11:00 pm

  • Saturdays from 2:00 - 5:00 pm
