    Ottawa members at the North American zone event earned Gold (6D), Silver (1K), and Bronze (5D) at the Pan-American Championships.

    October 2024

    A four-hour, weekend road trip south of the border to attend the Great Lakes Fall Seminar and Shinsa (GFSS), included training and hiking.

Each location we visit, we make new connections. New sensei to learn from. New peers to share this path. Through travel, we also strengthen our relationship with each other — for a lifelong journey is much more fun with company.
