The Ottawa region dojos are pleased to welcome Stephen Cruise Sensei (Kyoshi 7-Dan) to host a two day Iaido seminar.

Rideauview Community Centre (Riverside South)
Onsite parking is available at the community centre

There will be a lunch run for prepackaged sushi at the nearby grocery store (reimburse via e-transfer), otherwise, bring your own lunch, or be prepared to drive out to nearby restaurants.

What to Bring
Please come dressed ready to practice, if possible. It may be necessary to change in the dojo if changerooms are closed. Beginners can come in workout clothes and knee pads. Experienced members should wear keiko-gi & hakama.
Bring your own water bottle (the community centre has a refill station) and dry snacks (no sugary drinks or foods)
Bring your own equipment; extra bokuto will be available for beginners
